Phase II. The Build Process

The Judge UC installation process incorporates all elements necessary to professionally execute the final audio and video systems design. A project manager is assigned and is responsible for communication to the client and other contractors. Judge UC pre-builds and tests all equipment and control racks in our integration facilities. All communication lines are connected to the rack assemblies to simulate the clients’ conditions. Control programs are tested to ensure that components are recognized from the touch screen control panel(s). The goal is to eliminate as many variables as possible during the in-house phase in order to improve the efficiency of the final on-site build.

Fully trained audio and video technicians execute the staging and installation of components and racks on-site. Disruption to the client site is kept to a minimum. When necessary, the project manager will document all change orders against the final design and final bill-of-materials. Upon completion of the Build Phase, end user training and orientation is conducted, along with activation of the service and maintenance plan.
