While preliminary needs may have been outlined with an architect, additional discussion
with Judge UC refines specific requirements that greatly impact final room design parameters.
An in-depth PHASE ONE needs analysis of the clients’ audio and video requirements is conducted.
A preliminary bill-of materials is established for budgetary purposes, while further
architectural considerations are explored.
During a PHASE TWO Design approach, Judge UC engineers develop, design and specify details
of the audio and video systems, as well as conduit and electrical power requirements for
each room or project area. From the PHASE TWO design deliverables, the client is able to
acquire quotes from electrical, HVAC, and other contractors.
The final audio and video system designs are adapted from the PHASE TWO documents and drawings.
Upon completion of these final adaptations, the final diagrams, renderings, and bill
of material is prepared.
