Judge Unified Communications is a voice and video UC and AV systems integration company serving the corporate,

Crestron, AMX, Extron, Infocomm/CTS, Microsoft, in addition to all major brands of projectors,
displays, and related devices.
Our global footprint covers North and South America, the European Union, Eastern Europe, and
Asia-Pac. We have developed an international partner network for installation and maintenance
services outside the continental USA. These partners are hand selected based on their
certifications, skill set, and ability to service our clients based on a consistent standard
defined by Judge UC. Systems can be deployed in different countries with identical equipment
lists, documentation, and control systems, which simplifies global resource management for
companies with centralized IT/Data departments.
We provide a 24/7/365 international help desk manned by live operators and Tier-1 support
specialists. We do not employ an automated voice-prompt system. At any time, we are ready
to receive and act on end user support calls. In most cases, our international clients are
provided with a local toll-free service number for ease of access.
By utilizing the staffing services of our corporate parent – The Judge Group, we are able
to place trained and certified system technicians, Video Network Operation Center (VNOC)
agents, and IT Data Center specialists on a contract basis.
