Martin E. Judge, Jr.Chief Executive Officer
Martin Judge is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Judge Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He founded the company in 1970 and is regarded as a pioneer in the Human Capital Management and Technology Services industry. In 2003, Mr. Judge successfully took The Judge Group private in an effort to reinvest capital into the growth of the company. He serves on the board of governors for The Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania.
James D. Miner, CTSPresident
Mr. Miner has over 25 years experience in the audio/visual and entertainment industries. As the President of Judge Audio Visual Solutions, Jim oversees the daily operation of the company. He works closely with all systems consultants to ensure that each JAVS client receives the highest quality and detail in system design, documentation and coordination during their project. Jim is also responsible for meeting with architects, designers and general contractors to review and coordinate design documents. Jim works closely with the engineering department to ensure that every client need is addressed during final equipment specification. He is responsible for manufacturer coordination to ensure that every system consultant remains current in the ever-changing landscape of professional electronics.
Prior to JAVS Jim worked for a Broomall, PA-based company as the Director of Sales. Jim also worked for a Long Island, NY-based audio design/build company as the business manager. Jim oversaw the daily operations of the company, coordinating all divisions during every project, including proposal review, contract preparation and equipment procurement. The company designed, installed, and serviced audio systems for houses of worship, theatres, and many other facilities, both nationally and internationally.
Prior to entering the audiovisual system design and installation field, Jim spent 15 years in the entertainment business. Jim worked for artists including Billy Joel, U2, Foreigner, and many others, both in America and around the world. Jim was responsible for all facets of the artists' tours including contract negotiations with promoters, arenas, unions, sound, lighting, video, trucking and busing contractors. Jim reported directly to the artists and oversaw all show financial settlements. He was responsible for the first shows ever performed in the then Soviet Union, performed by Billy Joel in 1985, including responsibilities for an entourage of 30 persons from the international press and both film and recording crews.
Larry Uhl, CTS, BE E.E.Vice President, Engineering
Larry Uhl has over 20 years of experience in audio/visual design, installation, and service. As the Vice President of Engineering, Larry's involvement begins with initial design and continues through the system commissioning. This includes involvement in all stages of projects, including preliminary sales and design meetings with clients, CAD design and documentation, coordination, and scheduling with various construction trades, to final project completion and customer training. Larry oversees the daily operations and scheduling of all project managers and technicians within Judge Audio Visual Solutions. Prior to founding Judge Audio Visual Solutions with Jim Miner, Larry managed the engineering, installation and programming divisions for Audio Visual Solutions Group, in Broomall, PA. During his time leading the company, Larry, with Jim, completed some of the area’s largest audio/visual projects.

Bob KiszkaSenior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bob manages the go to market sales approach for JAVS, as well as creation and implementation of critical operating policies and procedures that carry over from the sales process into project inception and implementation. He oversees the entire proposal process, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, scope of work, and adherence to customer requirements. He is also responsible for the transition from project installation to the service and warranty phase, ensuring ongoing system operation and customer satisfaction.
With over 20 years of sales experience in the collaborative communications industry, Bob has managed the sales and account management process for numerous Fortune 500 companies requiring Unified Communications solutions for national and global deployment. Bob’s expertise includes pre-sales room surveys for AV and videoconference rooms, consultative needs analysis, executive presentations, ROI and TCO analysis, global video deployment guidance, Unified Communications strategic planning, and overall customer relationship management.
Prior to joining Judge AVS, Bob was responsible for all commercial sales in Pennsylvania for Polycom. He has an in-depth knowledge of not only the endpoints and infrastructure in UC solutions, but most importantly, the best practices and support services required to ensure long term client success. Prior to Polycom, Bob gained key experience on a national level with both Tandberg and SONY. Products supported included Tandberg endpoints, bridges, VCS, and TMS management servers, and SONY XD-CAM tapeless HD broadcast cameras, HD presentation displays and projectors, and the IPELA videoconference line.

Robert CelenzaVice President, Service
Robert is responsible for the daily operation and management of the Judge UC service department. Long term relationships, client communication, and complete satisfaction are all critical focus areas for Robert. His team provides standard manufacturer’s warranty support, preventative maintenance calls, Help Desk phone support, on-site troubleshooting, priority response levels, and more. He has a leadership role in the ongoing development of our international service response team. By identifying key partners globally, Robert is able to deliver a consistent level of support anywhere in the world. An additional area of focus is reporting. Robert is leading the evolution of the Judge UC client portal, allowing customers to see the status of their trouble tickets, generate fault cause reports, and summarize overall system(s) reliability reports.
Robert’s history includes business ownership and management for over 20 years within the travel industry. He served as General Manager of an audio visual systems integration company for five years, overseeing all technical operations including Project Management, Drafting, Installation, and Service teams. He served as lead Consultant and Project Manager for key audio solution upgrade at one of the premier Atlantic City casinos. Robert is known for maintaining a very high level of personal pride and excellence in performance.
Elizabeth CluesAccount Executive, Unified Communications
As Account Executive, Elizabeth Clues' responsibilities include sales and resource coordination, developing project proposals, and customer presentations. She is exceedingly familiar with the Unified Communications industry, and specializes in the immersive telepresence environments, which are a staple of the Judge UC portfolio of projects.
Elizabeth has spent the last 10 years cultivating her skills and experience working for manufacturers (Polycom and HP) as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Prior to joining Judge, Elizabeth was an Account Manager at Polycom building an extensive knowledge base in voice, video and infrastructure. Previous to Polycom, her experience with conferencing providers managing Fortune 1000 companies lend to her significant expertise in the meeting space. Elizabeth’s technology background has made her a trusted resource when partnering with her customers.

Jonathon Wheeler, CTS, ACESenior Project Manager
Jonathon Wheeler, Senior Project Manager, has an extensive history in the Audio Visual Field for the past 15 years. Prior to joining JAVS. Jonathon was a Project Manager for Audio Visual Systems Group in Philadelphia. He has also worked for Hughie’s Audio Visual in Cleveland, OH as an audio visual technician, Lead Audio Engineer and Lead Video Engineer. In the position Senior Project Manager/Systems Engineer he is responsible for all aspects of UC/AV projects, from engineering complex UC/AV systems, designing Immersive telepresence rooms, programming Creston and AMX control systems, to systems acceptance testing and customer turn over.
Jonathon is CTS certified with InfoComm International and has an Associates Degree in Electronics. He is also a Certified AMX Programmer along with many other industry certifications such as Clearone, Polycom, Tandberg and Cisco, Crestron and AMX.
In his position with Judge Audio Visual, Jonathon has overseen management and programming for multiple audio/visual and unified communications integration projects throughout the world, including numerous racetrack/casinos, and large deployments of UC infrastructure for Fortune 500 companies. During his career, he has worked on multiple million-dollar projects, from general conference rooms, digital signage systems to full building audio and video networking.

Dave AshenfelterSenior Account Manager, Unified Communications
Dave has spent the past 17 years in business development within the technology sector, supporting Fortune 500 companies as well as large national integrators. His experience includes pre-sales scope assessment and surveys for AV conference rooms and boardrooms, videoconferencing, cabling and infrastructure, and wireless deployments. Prior to joining Judge, Dave was a National Account Manager at Henkels & McCoy, NetWorks division, where he worked with Fortune 100 customers on national technology deployment projects. Previous to H&M, his experience working with national and local AV providers allowed him to gain valuable experience and knowledge with presentation displays and projectors, videoconferencing, and audio.
As a Senior Account Manager, Dave Ashenfelter works with his customers to insure both their current and future business needs are met. Dave handles needs analysis and scope definition, resource coordination, development of custom project proposals, and customer presentations.
